PROBLEM:
ERPlite installation fails and generates an error message like: wckserve file damaged or there is a problem sending licensing information over your network or -103 error
RESOLUTION
For Win NT and 2000
This error is solved by following these instructions:
1. Stop the service first: start > control panel > admininstrative tools > services > right click on crypekey license > click stop.
2. then go into the Windows /System 32 directory and delete the files: ckldrv.sys, crypserv.exe and esnecil.ind.
3. Run C:\DbM\setupex.exe again and then try to run your application.
4. If your application still does not work delete the three files again, then contact support@erplite.com and state in the subject line of the email Request for NT FIX. We will send you the NT FIX Utility.
5. Run the NT FIX Utility, a Site Code appears, enter your Site Key. Once the NT is fixed you will need to reboot the PC and run setupex.exe once again. Then run the application.
The problem should be solved at this point.
