Liability: In no event will erplite.com inc. be liable to the Customer or any other party for damage or losses, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings or incidental, consequential or special damage arising out of  or in connection with the products or service provided or to be provided to the Customer by erplite.com inc. under this agreement.

Travel Expenses  Best effort will be made to travel economy class for airtravel, autorental,  hotels and meals.

Copying: Customers may install and modify an open version of the product, including source. Customers have NO rights to offer the software for resale, including open source code and components.   Customers shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile Erplite.com Inc's compiled products.

 Free Upgrades:  to all purchased software  as long as a valid support license is in place.

Source Code: 100% of the source code for the presentation layer (Microsoft Access and VBA code) is provided to the customer for the purposes of customization. Source code for the business logic activex components can be placed in escrow with an escrow license. This license would enable the customer to obtain 100% of the source code of erplite.com inc activex components in the case that erplite.com inc ceased to respond for more than 30 days.
