ERPlite Users

Many customers purchase the minimum number of ERPlite users that they need to get started. Then, they add users over time as needed.   Upgrades to new ERPlite releases can be done in a few minutes.

Multiple-User Networking

Multiple users of ERPlite share the datafile, which can be located on any PC on the network. The network can be Windows peer to peer or domain client server.  For more detail or information on other networking choices (such as Terminal Services) see:

Accounting Links

Automated links are available for : Quickbooks, Peachtree and Simply, and Microsoft Office Accounting. Manual links to other Accounting software can be done if you have advanced Access skills. We will gladly quote you on developing an automated link to your existing accounting software.

SQL Server /MySQL Upsizing

  All ERPlite versions after v7239 can be upsized to SQL Server/MySQL for a standard fee of $495. Earlier versions and custom versions may required additional upsizing fees.

MRP 

All ERPlite versions include the single assembly  MRPlite and the full MRP solution,  instantMRP,  is an option:  master production schedule (open SO's and/or forecast) , backward scheduling, autogeneration of planned PO's and WO's etc.

MRP What if? computes shortages for the planned build of a single Product (which can have an unlimited number of levels in the Bill of Materials).

Item Available Promise displays inventory quantities for the STORES location for each item in the itemmaster: onhand , allocated (to specific customer work orders), and  available to promise(ATP) to new customers/Work Orders.

Reorder  displays the items whose ATP quantity has fallen below the reorder level.  The Reorder Report allows the user to autocreate the Purchase Orders needed to replenish the ReOrder quantities. The items are added to a PO for the appropriate Vendor from the Accepted Vendors List (AVL). The created PO's include the Vendors partnumber, and are adjusted to the Minimum Order Quantity.

Email  questions are answered within 1 hour on average  during regular business hours 9-5 M-F EST.  Telephone questions are answered within 1 business day on average (so, it is to your benefit to submit questions via email). 

A  Support Subscripiton  license includes: question answers, problems diagnosed , repair instructions,  and a data archiving tool. The support license expires in 6 or 12 months.  Normal support is email based (telephone support can be purchased), but at our discretion, telephone and remote internet connection may be used to solve some problems. 

bulletNote: that support does not include: custom programming ; training services (all of which we are happy to quote on);  datafile tune-up (you can purchase our tuneup service). Some problem resolutions require a full copy of Microsoft Access on at least one PC that uses ERPlite.
bulletSitekeys are available free via email request in perpetuity,   "and beyond" (Buzz Lightyear). 

Customers are responsible for day to day preventive maintenance of ERPlite (ie corruption cleaning, data integrity, archiving old data, deleting obsolete or incorrect data  etc).  We provide an optional Tuneup service for those customers who prefer to outsource these tasks.

Purchasing the ERPlite Upgrades subscription is optional.  Customers who customize ERPlite need only purchase Upgrades if they decide to port their custom changes to the latest ERPlite release.
