Notes::
1. You can upgrade or cancel a subscription at the end any month.
2 Single User: The "1 User" subscription is
designed for small companies with only one user. This user gets full
administrative permissions. Some companies start with the "Single User"
subscription, and then upgrade to one of the concurrent user subscriptions
once additional users need access ( limited permissions can be assigned to
any unique username/pwd).
3. Concurrent User: You can have up to the max number of users with unique username/password as you want With an X concurrent user subscription, X of your users can login and use anywhereERP simultaneously. For example, if you had 20 sales staff who need to check inventory, enter orders or check order status a few times per day, then you would need the 25 user package, where 4 staff could use anywhereERP simultaneously. If a user attempts to login, and the maximum concurrent users are already connected, then the user will receive a message like "Max Users Busy, try again later". If users are getting this message an too frequently, then purchase more concurrent users.
4. Support: To get support email support@erplite.com: please provide a detailed problem definition, with the specific wording of any messages on the screen. Our staff will review your question and email you a response (usually within 30 minutes). If answering your question is best done via telephone, then our staff will call you back via telephone.
