Several Current Customer Usage Scenarios
1. Multi Inventory Locations: Many anywhereERP
customers have several locations (retail and/or distribution) and
need to track inventory in all locations. Often, they can sell
a product in one location that is stored in another location.
Users in each location can view and edit inventory counts/location.
These customers may use anywhereERP standalone, or may sync data
with Quickbooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise or Online.
2. Mobile company management: more and more,
entrepreneurs need to run their inventory, order management and
accounting from whereever they need to be: at the store, at home, at
Starbucks or from their smartphone. anywhereERP linked to
Quickbooks Online makes this easy and very affordable.
3. Cash Flow Management: anywhereERP is a subsriptions
service with a low monthly fee (cancellable at any time), which
appeals to many companies to help them manage their cashflow:
especially in hard economic times.
4. Customer self-service management of orders and
inventory: many anywhereERP users give their customers
secure (username, password), private access to anywhereERP.
The end customer can check the status of their orders, or inventory.
This can be done from their iPhone, without the need for real-time
telephone conversations.
5. Mobile Sales staff: Sales staff can enter
Orders, after checking inventory availability, from any
internet connected PC or PDA.
6. Outsource Fulfillment: Your product fulfillment
partner (say in China) can be given access to your anywhereERP
database so that they can drop ship sold product to the customer.
7. Manufacturer: for products that have a Bill of
Materials(BOM), anywhereERP has 2 Work Order choices.
a) Auto-Work-Order: when the parent product is
shipped, the inventory for the child items in the BOM are subtracted
from inventory.
b) Virtual-Work-Order: parent product can be built to
stock. The Virtual-Work-Order upcounts the finished good to
the selected inventory location and downcounts the child items.
8. Serial/Lot Tracking: The shipped goods can be
tracked by serial/lot number so that warranties can be managed, and
if necessary, recalls implemented.
