To view all changes in inventory that took place behind the scenes, simply go to the main switchboard and select Inventory Reports>Inventory Transactions History. Once you generate this report, it should resemble the one below.
HINT: The Inventory Transactions History report allows an easy way to visualize both changes and updates to inventory.
