Once the manufactured items have ALL been built and received, open the WO Receive form. Enter the quantity in the Received column. Next click Receive. Notice the Status is now Closed to prevent double receiving. Close this form and open the Ship Order form and proceed with shipping this custom work order. Once you no longer need to see this order, change the Status to Archived.

The following are some of the important inventory adjustments made by ERPlite. While a Work Order is Released, all items where their Control field has a "WJ" are allocated by ERPlite. When Picklist is pressed, all items where their Control field has a "WJ" are moved to WIP from STORES. When a WO Receive is performed, all items where their Control field has a "ZW" or "TCPDXS0K", will be moved from WIP to STORES.
