When using ERPlite, there are times when dealing with large customers that may require the use of more than one shipping address, whether it is in purchase orders or in shipping orders. Using the Extra ShipTo functionality as described below, orders can be shipped to various locations while being billed to one customer only.
1. The first step is to enter all the required addresses for specific customers in the Customers form. On the first tab (Customers Info) the customer information is entered, then with the ShipTO Addresses tab, enter all of the shipping addresses for that customer. An example is shown below.
2. Once all the shipping addresses have been entered, the system is now ready for the addresses to be used in purchase and shipping orders. In purchase orders, the extra shipto addresses are used in the Location field, as shown below.
The same holds true for sales / shipping orders, where the Location field is used to specify the extra ship to addresses, as shown below.
And that's all there is to it!
