Sales Receipts

Available soon. The Sales Receipt is imported as a Sales Order. A Work Order can be created from the SO. The finished goods can be shipped to the Customer.  An invoice cannot be transferred to QB. QuickBooks is not installed in the workstation.

Two potential reasons:

1)       You don’t have QuickBooks installed in the workstation.

2)       If your QuickBooks is running with the company file, it is possible your QuickBooks is not up-to-date.  Go to QuickBooks, click “Ctrl” + 1.  If it is said Release R1P on the very first line, you have to upgrade the latest service pack from QuickBooks in order to use the live links.
