QuickBooks is not installed in the workstation. |
Two potential reasons: 1) You don’t have QuickBooks installed in the workstation. 2) If your QuickBooks is running with the company file, it is possible your QuickBooks is not up-to-date. Go to QuickBooks, click “Ctrl” + 1. If it is said Release R1P on the very first line, you have to upgrade the latest service pack from QuickBooks in order to use the live links.
