user permissions

PROBLEM

Our database/info is stored on our network.  From there I have

assigned permissions for the users that need  access to ERPLite.  Can I

create or define these users within ERPLite itself?  For example, can I

create a user named Joe that has full access to POs a and read only access to the Itemmaster.
