PROBLEM
After a shipment is made is there no way to go in and make changes like add
a line item, add a tracking #, etc.
RESOLUTION
yes, shipping order > old shipments tab > select packing slip number > delete shipment. Then redo the shipment with the added line item. It will be given a new packing slip number.
