SYMPTOM

Error Message like .....runtime error 429.... OR....invalid Sitekey

PROBLEM

EB.dll is not referenced

RESOLUTION
1. For "invalid sitekey" first reenter the sitekey as follows:
1.1 views SiteCode and verify that the sitecode has not changed.
1.2 With the Sitecode visible, enter the sitekey (uppercase only).
1.3 Click SaveSiteKey.

If this doesn't work proceed to next step...

2. Some file extensions may be hidden by Windows: Make sure file/folder permissions are making all extensions visible , including operating system files.
