SYMPTOM
Error messages like: ... initialization failed..... or .....has been moved ....or .....has been overwritten.
PROBLEM
ERPlite installation is incomplete, due to a mismatched set of components.
RESOLUTION
1. Make a backup copy of C:\DbM\Backend\DbM_be.mdb in C:\My Documents plus any custom versions of DbM_fe.mdb that exist in the C:\DbM folder.
2. Uninstall ERPlite: Start > settings > control panel > add/remove software > remove ERPlite.
3. Delete C:\DbM and all of its contents.
4. Delete the following files from C:\Windows\System (or Windows\System32 in NT/2000/XP): crp32dll.dll, CrypKeyCom.dll, EB.dll, ER.dll, Quickiifx.dll, Planner.dll.
5. Reinstall ERPlite in the C:\DbM folder.
6. Obtain a new sitekey via emailing the sitecode to support@erplite.com
