1. Intuitive Disassembler added: ERPlite has always done product assembly well via Work Orders. Disassembly has simply used the ERPlite WO's in reverse, which worked but was not very intuitive. An intuitive Disassembly Order has been added. A classis disassembly order would be in a meat processing plant: 1 pig = 3 pork chops, 5 lb's of bacon etc. The explosion will identify the quantities of each component expected. The actual quantity received is entered, and yield % compared to expected. The meat can be tracked by the lot number of the root component. Thus, recalls can be done for all or a subset of the components of the parent, no matter where they were shipped.

1. BOM Archiver and Backup Manager: A backup manager has been added to ERPlite to facilatate backing up the datafile and Bills of Materials. The backup manager shows a list of all archived copies. If there is a need to use an archived Bill of Materials (BOM), say to repair an older version of a product, then the user simply selects the archived datafile and connects to it. Work Orders can be done, finished goods can be shipped to the customer, and invoices entered into Accounting (Quickbooks, Peachtree, Simply).

2. The AVL (formerly called QVL) now handles an unlimited number of manufacturers and vendors.
You simply enter the data into the Itemmaster AVL tab: vendor, vendor partnumber, manufacturer and manfuacturers partnumber.

3. BOM and Itemmaster Import Utilities: In addition to the use of Microsoft Access's data import utilities (which are not user friendly), ERPlite now has forms for importing data from delimited text files (csv, txt). The user simply selects the source data file, and then matches the desired itemmaster/BOM fields to the columns in the source data file.

4. WO shortage Report: Buttons have been added to the Work Order to facilitate checking for shortages before creating the picklist. The reports will also tell you if the assembly to be manufactured has existing quantities in finished goods.

2. The Shipush UPS link now works over DSL/cable internet connections, as well as dialup.

3. Barcode serial/lot number data can now be easily imported to ERPlite via an automated link. The link autoconfigures to the WASP MobileInventory data, and can be manually configured, by matching fields, for most other barcode systems.

4. Purchase Order Receiving now assigns a Receiving Tracking number to each receipt. This allows printing copies of the traveler, as well as deletion of a receipt. Thus, corrections to receipts are handled via deletion/reenter versus the old method of negative receipts, which was incompatible with Quickbooks.

5. A Inventory status Browser form (PHP/MySQL) option is available to allow retrieval of the current inventory counts from your website, wither internal or external.

6. Data transfer rates from ERPlite to Quickbooks have been sped up by an order of magnitude. (ie about 10 times faster).

7. Standard partnumbers have been added to ERPlite to consistently handle common non-inventory transactions: shipping charges, comments, discounts, charges. Thus, a comment line (say manufacturing instructions or an intangible option like color) from a Quotewerks quote can be printed on the ERPlite WorkOrder. Shipping charges from a Quotewerks invoice will be passed to Quickbooks consistently.

1. Added serial/lot number import to Barcode > Import Physical Count. This form will work for most barcode systems and now has default settings for the Wasp MobileInventory software. Import is done via a cyclecount, so the assumption is that you did the Physical Count (and set the last Physical Count date ) previously. This might simply have been done sith 0 entries in order to reset all inventory counts to 0 and set the last Physical Count date.

2. The Quotewerks link was improved to allow importing only quotes, orders or invoices. In addition, if you override the autonumbering in Quotewerks and enter a simple multidigit tracking numbe (say 1234), then the SalesOrder number in ERPlite will be SOW1234, where the W tells you that the SO was imported from qWuotewerks, rather than SOQ 1234, which would have been from Quickbooks etc.

3. A bug in import of vendors from Peachtree was fixed.

Shipping documents moved to main form Ship tab, so that they can be printed after the SHIP button is clicked, triggering the inventory changes. This means that copies of shipping documents, including UPS/Fedex can be printed at any time after the shipment inventory changes are completed.
EDI forms added to import single Shipto EDI PO’s and multistore shipto via distribution center PO import. The multistore PO import creates configured SO’s. The total order is imported as a parent line and the store shipments as configured children. Thus, the parent triggers the inventory changes and the children are listed on the Packing slip for the distribution center to ship to the stores.
Special SO and WO reports added for Configured SO’s that print only the parent order line, but concatenate the parentname and all the child ProductID’s into the name field. Thus, the SO/WO lists the product to be shipped plus all the options chosen. The WO allows the Parent to be exploded, so that a basic non-option kit can be added to the Picklist.
